THE REAL PROBLEM

Most Accounts Were Built Wrong on Day One.

Rising ACOS and slipping rank aren't bad luck. They're a broken account structure nobody rebuilt.

01Broad match burning budget without converting.
02Campaigns built for easy management, not performance.
03Bids set once and forgotten, ignoring your margin.
04Brand and category keywords mixed, subsidizing rivals.
05Reports full of impressions, silent on profit.

QUESTIONS

Amazon PPC, Answered.

How is your Amazon PPC different from an agency?+
We tie every bid to your real margin, not just ACOS, because we also run your books. Most agencies optimize a number they can't see the cost behind.
What's included in the free ads audit?+
A full account audit, campaign restructure recommendations, a competitor and keyword gap analysis, and a profit-per-SKU breakdown. No strings.
Do you manage Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display?+
Yes, all three, plus keyword mining, bid management, campaign architecture, and search-term harvesting.
Can you improve organic rank too?+
Yes. Profitable paid velocity lifts organic rank. We build campaigns to grow top-of-search rank and BSR, not just spend.
What is TACOS and why does it matter more than ACOS?+
TACOS is total ad spend divided by total revenue, organic included. ACOS only measures ad-attributed sales, so it flatters accounts that are buying their own organic traffic. TACOS shows whether advertising is actually growing the business.
Do you work as an Amazon PPC agency or a specialist?+
You get the specialist. No account managers, no juniors, no work passed down a chain. The person who builds your campaigns is the person who runs them, and that does not change as we grow.
What does Amazon PPC management cost compared to an agency?+
Agencies bill a percentage of ad spend, which rewards them for spending more of your money. We do not. You work directly with the person who has managed $5M+ of Amazon ad spend, and bids are set against real product margin. Ask for the free ads audit first.
Who actually manages the Amazon PPC account?+
Ahmed Jaffri, Korven co-founder and Operations & E-commerce lead, is responsible for the Amazon side of the business and has managed $5M+ in ad spend. PPC decisions are tied to the product economics from e-commerce accounting, not optimized in isolation. See the Amazon results for examples of the wider operating work.
